* New upstream version (0.0.2):
- Step towards wheezy, use it as default distribution.
- Add support for plymouth in diskless terminals.
- Add IK_PRETTY_NAME and IK_DISTRO_CODENAME to settings
preview before running commands.
- Change method of mounting /proc, /sys and /dev inside of
chroots.
- Provide README.unconfigured file in /etc/internet-kiosk.
- Fix ik_dte_shell.sh script, escape braces.
- Add line breaks after 80 chars in ik_* scripts.
- Use sed to patch initramfs configuration (rather than a patch
that fails on wheezy). The change is needed for squeeze only.
- Symlink /etc/mtab to /proc/mounts before installing any kernels.
- Hide the mouse pointer if input events become idle (using the
unclutter tool).
